27 Mar Modern Town Home
Before conversations even began, the clients were already very familiar with LGV’s beautifully created living spaces and many positive reviews on houzz.com.
Objective
Blurring the lines between existing furniture from a previous, much larger home,
and new furnishings, making it all flow seamlessly into the couples new Low
Country lifestyle.
Solution
While carefully listening to the goals of her clients, Lorraine started toward their vision by crafting the relatively small rooms to accommodate the furniture brought with them from the Midwest. Using creative space planning and adding vertical volume with floor to ceiling, simply designed, custom drapery, the eye is brought upward to 10’ giving proper scale to the rooms and the large scale of the furniture. Existing furniture was refreshed with new finishes and fabrics in an entirely new color palette, blending old and new beautifully.
