Objective

The client requested that the executive offices be highly functional while reflecting Charleston’s harbor town aesthetic.

Solution

With accurate space planning, LGV delineated an open floor plan to accommodate for a conference room, executive offices, lounge, reception and kitchen area.  Locating the lounge area near the large north facing windows created an intimate and airy sitting area to meet with clients in a more relaxed atmosphere.  A navy and white color palette with a few nautical accessories were selected to compliment the aged exposed brick and original hardwood floors.
